أولًا: نطاق سياسة الخصوصية

تشمل هذه السياسة البيانات الشخصية التي يتم جمعها أو تسجيلها أو حفظها أو معالجتها من خلال أنظمة جزل الإلكترونية، ويشمل ذلك بصفة أساسية:

• البيانات التي يقدمها المستخدم بنفسه.
• البيانات التي نحصل عليها من مصادر أو جهات خارجية وفقًا للأنظمة المعمول بها.
• المعلومات التي يتم جمعها بصورة آلية أثناء استخدام الموقع أو التطبيق والخدمات المرتبطة به.

ثانيًا: البيانات الشخصية التي قد نقوم بجمعها

يقصد بالبيانات الشخصية أي معلومة يمكن من خلالها التعرف على شخص معين بصورة مباشرة أو غير مباشرة.

وقد تطلب جزل بعض البيانات اللازمة لتقديم خدماتها والتحقق من هوية المستخدم وإدارة حسابه وحجوزاته. وتشمل البيانات التي قد يتم جمعها، بحسب طبيعة استخدامك للخدمة، ما يلي:

بيانات الحساب

عند إنشاء حساب في جزل، قد نطلب منك تقديم مجموعة من البيانات الأساسية اللازمة للتسجيل، مثل:

• الاسم.
• رقم الهاتف.
• البريد الإلكتروني.
• العنوان أو معلومات التواصل، عند الحاجة.
• أي معلومات أخرى ضرورية لإنشاء الحساب أو إدارة الخدمة.

بيانات إثبات الهوية

قد تتطلب بعض الخدمات أو عمليات الحجز التحقق من هوية المستخدم أو أهليته للاستفادة من الخدمة. وفي هذه الحالات، قد نطلب بيانات أو مستندات مثل:

• بيانات الهوية الوطنية أو هوية الإقامة أو جواز السفر.
• رخصة القيادة.
• أي مستندات أخرى تتطلبها عملية الحجز أو شركة التأجير أو الأنظمة المعمول بها.

ولا يتم طلب هذه البيانات إلا بالقدر اللازم لتحقيق الغرض المرتبط بالخدمة.

بيانات التواصل والمراسلات

عند تواصلك مع جزل عن طريق خدمة العملاء أو الهاتف أو البريد الإلكتروني أو المحادثة المباشرة أو أي من وسائل التواصل المعتمدة، فقد نقوم بالاحتفاظ بالمعلومات المتعلقة بتلك المراسلات. وقد يشمل ذلك:

• بيانات الاتصال.
• محتوى الاستفسار أو الشكوى.
• تفاصيل المحادثة.
• المعلومات والمستندات التي تقوم بإرسالها إلينا.

ويتم استخدام هذه المعلومات لمتابعة طلبك وتقديم الدعم وتحسين مستوى الخدمة.

ثالثًا: البيانات التي قد يتم جمعها تلقائيًا

عند استخدام موقع جزل أو تطبيقها، قد يتم جمع بعض البيانات التقنية بصورة تلقائية نتيجة تفاعل جهازك مع أنظمة المنصة.

بيانات الاستخدام

قد نقوم بجمع معلومات توضح كيفية استخدامك للمنصة والخدمات، ومن ذلك على سبيل المثال:

• الصفحات التي تقوم بزيارتها.
• المحتوى الذي تتفاعل معه.
• عمليات البحث والحجوزات.
• مدة استخدام بعض أقسام التطبيق أو الموقع.
• المسارات التي تنتقل من خلالها بين الصفحات.
• بعض العمليات والإجراءات التي يتم تنفيذها داخل حسابك.

بيانات الموقع الجغرافي

وعند منح تطبيق جزل صلاحية الوصول إلى موقع جهازك، فقد نستخدم معلومات الموقع لتقديم بعض الخصائص، مثل:

• عرض السيارات أو الخدمات المتوفرة بالقرب منك.
• تحديد منطقة تقديم الخدمة.
• تسهيل خدمة توصيل أو استلام السيارة.
• تحسين نتائج البحث والخدمات المرتبطة بالموقع.

ويستطيع المستخدم إدارة أو تعطيل صلاحية الوصول إلى الموقع من خلال إعدادات الجهاز، مع العلم بأن تعطيل تلك الصلاحية قد يؤثر في عمل بعض الخصائص التي تعتمد على الموقع.

بيانات الجهاز

قد نقوم بجمع معلومات تقنية مرتبطة بالجهاز المستخدم للوصول إلى جزل، مثل:

• نوع الجهاز.
• نظام التشغيل وإصداره.
• نوع المتصفح وإصداره.
• الشركة المصنعة للجهاز.
• دقة الشاشة.
• معرفات الجهاز عند توفرها.
• عنوان بروتوكول الإنترنت (IP).
• معلومات الموقع الجغرافية العامة.

ويتم استخدام هذه البيانات لأغراض تشغيلية وأمنية وتحليلية ولضمان توافق الخدمات مع الأجهزة المستخدمة.

رابعًا: ملفات تعريف الارتباط والتقنيات المشابهة

قد يستخدم موقع جزل ملفات تعريف الارتباط (Cookies) أو تقنيات مشابهة تساعدنا على تشغيل المنصة وتحسين أدائها وفهم طريقة استخدام الخدمات. ويمكن استخدام هذه التقنيات لأغراض مثل:

• تذكر بعض تفضيلات المستخدم.
• الحفاظ على جلسة تسجيل الدخول.
• تحليل استخدام الموقع أو التطبيق.
• قياس أداء بعض الخصائص.
• تحسين تجربة المستخدم.

خامسًا: البيانات الواردة من أطراف خارجية

قد تتلقى جزل بعض المعلومات عن المستخدم من جهات أخرى عندما يختار استخدام خدمات مرتبطة بطرف ثالث.

ومن الأمثلة على ذلك تسجيل الدخول إلى جزل باستخدام حساب تابع لخدمة خارجية مثل Google أو Apple أو غيرهما من مزودي خدمات تسجيل الدخول.

وفي هذه الحالات، قد تسمح الجهة الخارجية لجزل بالوصول إلى معلومات معينة مرتبطة بحساب المستخدم، مثل:

• الاسم.
• البريد الإلكتروني.
• معلومات الملف الشخصي المسموح بمشاركتها.

ولا يشمل ذلك كلمات المرور الخاصة بحساب المستخدم لدى الطرف الثالث.

وتتم معالجة المعلومات التي نحصل عليها في هذه الحالات بما يتوافق مع هذه السياسة والأنظمة المعمول بها.

ولا تتحمل جزل مسؤولية ممارسات الخصوصية التي تتبعها الجهات الخارجية بصورة مستقلة، ولذلك يُنصح المستخدم بمراجعة سياسات الخصوصية الخاصة بتلك الجهات لمعرفة كيفية تعاملها مع بياناته.

سادسًا: أغراض استخدام البيانات الشخصية

تقوم جزل بمعالجة البيانات الشخصية في الحدود اللازمة لتشغيل المنصة وتقديم الخدمات، وقد تشمل أغراض المعالجة ما يلي:

إنشاء وإدارة الحساب

نستخدم البيانات اللازمة من أجل:

• إنشاء حساب المستخدم.
• التحقق من بيانات الحساب.
• تمكين المستخدم من تسجيل الدخول.
• إدارة بيانات الملف الشخصي.
• إدارة الحجوزات.
• معالجة العمليات المرتبطة بالخدمات.
• تقديم العروض والمزايا المرتبطة بالحساب عند توفرها.

تنفيذ وإدارة الحجوزات

قد تستخدم جزل البيانات الشخصية لإتمام عملية حجز السيارة وإدارة الحجز والتواصل مع الأطراف المرتبطة بالخدمة. وقد يشمل ذلك مشاركة البيانات الضرورية مع شركة التأجير أو مزود الخدمة المعني لإتمام الطلب.

كما نستخدم بيانات التواصل لإرسال الإشعارات المتعلقة بالحجز، مثل:

• تأكيد الحجز.
• تحديثات الحجز.
• إشعارات التعديل أو الإلغاء.
• رسائل التذكير.
• المعلومات اللازمة لاستلام السيارة أو إعادتها.

تقديم خدمة العملاء

قد يحتاج فريق خدمة العملاء إلى الاطلاع على بعض بيانات المستخدم وتفاصيل الحجز حتى يتمكن من:

• الإجابة عن الاستفسارات.
• معالجة الشكاوى.
• متابعة الحجوزات.
• حل المشكلات التقنية أو التشغيلية.
• تقديم المساعدة المطلوبة للمستخدم.

تطوير وتحسين الخدمات

قد نستخدم البيانات والمعلومات المتعلقة بطريقة استخدام المنصة لأغراض التحليل وقياس الأداء وتطوير المنتجات والخدمات. ويشمل ذلك العمل على:

• تحسين تجربة المستخدم.
• تطوير الخصائص الحالية.
• اكتشاف المشكلات التقنية.
• فهم احتياجات المستخدمين.

الأغراض التحليلية والتسويقية

قد تستخدم بعض البيانات لإجراء تحليلات أو إحصاءات تساعد جزل في فهم اهتمامات المستخدمين وأداء خدماتها وتطوير حملاتها التسويقية. ويتم تنفيذ أنشطة التسويق المباشر وفق الضوابط والمتطلبات النظامية المعمول بها.

الالتزامات النظامية والقانونية

يجوز استخدام أو معالجة البيانات عند الحاجة من أجل:

• الامتثال للأنظمة واللوائح.
• الاستجابة لطلبات الجهات المختصة.
• التعامل مع المنازعات أو الدعاوى.
• ممارسة الحقوق القانونية أو الدفاع عنها.
• تطبيق اتفاقية الاستخدام وشروط الخدمات.
• منع عمليات الاحتيال أو إساءة الاستخدام.
• حماية حقوق جزل أو مستخدميها أو الأطراف الأخرى.

سابعًا: الجهات التي قد نشارك معها البيانات

لا تقوم جزل بمشاركة البيانات الشخصية إلا عند وجود حاجة مرتبطة بتقديم الخدمة أو مسوغ نظامي يسمح بذلك. وقد تشمل الجهات التي تتم مشاركة بعض البيانات معها ما يلي:

شركات تأجير السيارات

عند تنفيذ حجز سيارة، قد نشارك البيانات الضرورية المتعلقة بالمستخدم والحجز مع شركة التأجير المختارة حتى تتمكن من:

• التحقق من الحجز.
• تجهيز السيارة.
• التحقق من أهلية المستأجر.
• تقديم الخدمات الإضافية المطلوبة.
• تنفيذ عقد التأجير.
• توفير المنتجات ذات الصلة بالحجز، بما في ذلك خدمات التأمين متى كانت ضمن الطلب.

ولا تتم مشاركة البيانات إلا بالقدر اللازم لإتمام الخدمة.

مزودو الخدمات

قد تستعين جزل بمقدمي خدمات خارجيين للمساعدة في تشغيل بعض أجزاء المنصة أو تنفيذ بعض الخدمات. وقد يشمل ذلك، على سبيل المثال لا الحصر:

• مزودي خدمات الدفع الإلكتروني.
• مقدمي خدمات الدعم وخدمة العملاء.
• مزودي الخدمات التقنية والاستضافة.
• خدمات إرسال الرسائل والإشعارات.
• الخدمات التقنية والأمنية والتحليلية.

ويتم التعامل مع هذه الجهات وفق الالتزامات والمتطلبات النظامية ذات الصلة بحماية البيانات.

الجهات الحكومية أو القضائية

قد يتم الإفصاح عن بعض البيانات الشخصية للجهات الحكومية أو التنظيمية أو الأمنية أو القضائية أو الضريبية أو غيرها من الجهات المختصة عندما يكون ذلك مطلوبًا بموجب الأنظمة واللوائح المعمول بها أو استجابة لطلب نظامي ملزم.

ثامنًا: تقييمات وآراء المستخدمين

قد تطلب جزل من المستخدم تقييم تجربة الحجز أو الخدمة التي حصل عليها بهدف قياس جودة الخدمة والعمل على تحسينها.

وعند قيام المستخدم بإرسال تقييم أو تعليق، فقد يتم استخدامه أو عرضه عبر القنوات المملوكة لجزل أو التابعة لها أو المستخدمة من قبلها، متى كان ذلك متوافقًا مع الأنظمة والسياسات ذات الصلة.

وتعبّر التقييمات المنشورة عن آراء أصحابها ولا تمثل بالضرورة وجهة نظر جزل.

وتحتفظ جزل بحق مراجعة التقييمات أو عدم نشرها أو إزالة ما يخالف الشروط أو الأنظمة أو يتضمن محتوى مسيئًا أو غير مناسب.

تاسعًا: حماية وأمن البيانات

تتخذ جزل التدابير التنظيمية والإدارية والتقنية المناسبة لحماية البيانات الشخصية من المخاطر التي قد تتعرض لها أثناء جمعها أو تخزينها أو معالجتها. ويشمل ذلك اتخاذ الإجراءات اللازمة للحد من مخاطر:

• الوصول غير المصرح به.
• الاستخدام غير المشروع.
• الإفصاح غير المصرح به.
• التعديل أو العبث.
• الفقد أو التلف.
• الاختراقات الأمنية.

ومع ذلك، لا توجد وسيلة لنقل البيانات أو تخزينها عبر الإنترنت يمكن ضمان أمنها بصورة مطلقة، ولذلك تعمل جزل باستمرار على تطبيق الإجراءات المناسبة بما يتناسب مع طبيعة البيانات والمخاطر المرتبطة بها.

عاشرًا: الاحتفاظ بالبيانات الشخصية

تحتفظ جزل بالبيانات الشخصية للمدة اللازمة لتحقيق الأغراض التي تم جمعها من أجلها، أو للمدة التي تتطلبها الالتزامات النظامية أو التعاقدية.

وبعد انتهاء الغرض من الاحتفاظ بالبيانات وعدم وجود سبب نظامي آخر يجيز الاحتفاظ بها، يتم التعامل معها وفقًا لمتطلبات نظام حماية البيانات الشخصية واللوائح ذات العلاقة.

الحادي عشر: تحديث سياسة الخصوصية

يجوز لجزل مراجعة سياسة الخصوصية أو تحديثها عند الحاجة، بما في ذلك الحالات التي تستدعي ذلك نتيجة تطوير الخدمات أو تعديل الإجراءات الداخلية أو صدور متطلبات نظامية جديدة.

وعند تحديث السياسة، يتم نشر النسخة المحدثة عبر التطبيق أو الموقع أو القنوات المناسبة، مع الإشارة إلى تاريخ آخر تحديث متى كان ذلك متاحًا.

ويُنصح المستخدم بمراجعة هذه السياسة بصورة دورية للاطلاع على أي تغييرات تطرأ عليها.

الثاني عشر: الاطلاع على البيانات وتصحيحها وتحديثها

يمكن للمستخدم مراجعة أو تعديل بعض البيانات المسجلة في حسابه من خلال إعدادات الحساب أو الملف الشخصي داخل منصة جزل، بحسب الخصائص المتاحة.

كما يمكن التواصل مع جزل لطلب الوصول إلى البيانات أو تصحيحها أو تحديثها وفق الحقوق التي يقررها نظام حماية البيانات الشخصية.

وقد نحتاج إلى التحقق من هوية مقدم الطلب قبل تنفيذ أي طلب متعلق بالبيانات، وذلك لحماية الحساب والبيانات من الوصول غير المصرح به.

الثالث عشر: حقوق صاحب البيانات الشخصية

يتمتع صاحب البيانات الشخصية بالحقوق التي يقررها نظام حماية البيانات الشخصية ولوائحه التنفيذية، وفق الضوابط والاستثناءات الواردة فيها. وقد تشمل هذه الحقوق، بحسب الحالة:

• الحق في العلم بالمسوغ النظامي والغرض من جمع البيانات الشخصية.
• الحق في الوصول إلى البيانات الشخصية.
• الحق في طلب الحصول على نسخة منها في الحالات التي يجيزها النظام.
• الحق في طلب تصحيح البيانات أو استكمالها أو تحديثها.
• الحق في طلب إتلاف البيانات متى تحققت الشروط النظامية لذلك.
• الحق في تقديم شكوى إلى الهيئة السعودية للبيانات والذكاء الاصطناعي (سدايا)، بصفتها الجهة المختصة بالإشراف على تطبيق نظام حماية البيانات الشخصية، في حال الاعتقاد بأن معالجة البيانات الشخصية تمت بما يخالف أحكام النظام.
• أي حقوق أخرى يمنحها النظام واللوائح ذات العلاقة لصاحب البيانات.

ويجوز للمستخدم التواصل مع جزل لممارسة أي من هذه الحقوق، وقد تتطلب بعض الطلبات التحقق من هوية مقدمها قبل معالجتها.

الرابع عشر: طلب إتلاف البيانات الشخصية

يحق لصاحب البيانات طلب إتلاف بياناته الشخصية متى زال الغرض الذي تم جمع البيانات من أجله، وذلك وفقًا لنظام حماية البيانات الشخصية ولوائحه التنفيذية.

وقد تحتفظ جزل ببعض البيانات رغم تقديم طلب الإتلاف إذا كان الاحتفاظ بها مطلوبًا أو مسموحًا به نظامًا، بما في ذلك الحالات المرتبطة بالالتزامات القانونية أو التعاقدية أو المنازعات أو غيرها من الحالات التي تجيزها الأنظمة.

وعند عدم وجود مسوغ نظامي للاحتفاظ بالبيانات، تتخذ جزل الإجراءات اللازمة لإتلافها وفق الإجراءات والضوابط المعتمدة.

الخامس عشر: الموافقة والأساس النظامي للمعالجة

يقر المستخدم بأنه اطلع على هذه السياسة وفهم طبيعة البيانات التي تتم معالجتها والأغراض الموضحة فيها.

وتعتمد جزل في معالجة البيانات الشخصية على الأسس والمسوغات النظامية المناسبة لكل غرض من أغراض المعالجة، وفقًا لنظام حماية البيانات الشخصية ولوائحه التنفيذية.

وفي الحالات التي تتطلب الحصول على موافقة المستخدم، يتم التعامل مع تلك الموافقة وفق الضوابط النظامية المقررة.

ولا يعني مجرد استخدام المنصة التنازل عن أي من الحقوق الممنوحة لصاحب البيانات بموجب الأنظمة المعمول بها.

السادس عشر: النظام المطبق على حماية البيانات

تخضع عمليات جمع البيانات الشخصية واستخدامها والإفصاح عنها والاحتفاظ بها وإتلافها لدى جزل للأنظمة واللوائح السارية في المملكة العربية السعودية، بما في ذلك نظام حماية البيانات الشخصية الصادر بالمرسوم الملكي رقم (م/19) وتاريخ 9/2/1443هـ، والمعدل بالمرسوم الملكي رقم (م/148) وتاريخ 5/9/1444هـ، ولوائحه التنفيذية وما يطرأ عليها من تعديلات.

السابع عشر: التواصل معنا

يمكن للمستخدم التواصل مع جزل بشأن أي استفسار متعلق بسياسة الخصوصية أو معالجة بياناته الشخصية أو ممارسة حقوقه النظامية من خلال قنوات التواصل وخدمة العملاء المعتمدة لدى جزل، وعلى وجه الخصوص عبر الرقم +966558513000.

We may need to verify the identity of the requester before executing any data-related request, in order to protect the account and data from unauthorised access.

XIII. Rights of the Data Subject

The data subject enjoys the rights established by the Personal Data Protection Law and its implementing regulations, subject to the controls and exceptions set out therein. These rights may include, depending on the case:

• The right to know the legal basis and purpose for collecting personal data.
• The right to access personal data.
• The right to request a copy of it in cases permitted by law.
• The right to request correction, completion, or updating of data.
• The right to request destruction of data when the regulatory conditions for this are met.

Where there is no legal basis for retaining the data, JZL takes the necessary steps to destroy it in accordance with approved procedures and controls.

The User acknowledges that they have reviewed this Policy and understood the nature of the data being processed and the purposes described in it.

JZL relies on the appropriate legal bases for processing personal data for each processing purpose, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law and its implementing regulations.

In cases requiring the User's consent, that consent is handled in accordance with the applicable regulatory controls.

Mere use of the platform does not constitute a waiver of any of the rights granted to the data subject under applicable regulations.

XVI. Applicable Data Protection Law

The collection, use, disclosure, retention, and destruction of personal data by JZL are subject to the laws and regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including the Personal Data Protection Law issued by Royal Decree No. (M/19) dated 9/2/1443H, as amended by Royal Decree No. (M/148) dated 5/9/1444H, its implementing regulations, and any amendments thereto.
